Lobster Cold Plate

Thanks to everyone who helped with our lobster cold plate or who purchased lobster dinners. It was not only delicious, thanks to the folks in Beach Point, but fun. We were able to raise about $1350 to put toward the purchase of playground equipment for the kids in Uganda.

Warm winds and mild temperatures swept across the Island today taking with them most of the snow that covered the ground. While there is still plenty of winter left, it is a reminder that spring is really not that far off. And spring is when we plan to travel to Uganda to build again. We still need lots of money. We are just over half way to our $30 000 goal. It has been challenging raising money for this project. But those challenges pale in comparison to the daily challenges faced by thousands of Ugandan children who have nobody to care for them. Please consider helping us financially, and please pray for us and the children; for none of this is possible without the Father.
